Why a FC can buy more than 1 plot in the first hand?
Also why each player can buy more than 1 house? (in the future patch... if this happened)

What a brilliant excuse on worrying 1 FC can monopolize the whole housing plots....

If the initial price of land was easily within the means of wealthy players, one can envision all available plots of land being snatched up immediately, leaving other players—even those possessing the necessary gil—unable to purchase land for an extended period of time. Seeking to avoid this, we made the difficult decision to go forward with the pricing scheme we presented, aware that many players would be unable to afford housing for a while.

Uh, or you could just mandate that a FC can only own ONE plot of land, and when personal housing is released, you get ONE plot per character. Your hypothetical situation need not be a situation at all if you just limited ownership. How can it be possible for a few people to buy up all the land?!?

Sorry to bring it up but FC houses are going to be used for future content like FC airship and the likes also chocobo breeding so its not just a small peice of content your cut of from.

Personal Housing

While I cannot give a specific date on when personal housing will be implemented, I can say that prices will be completely separate from free company housing, and, naturally, far more affordable.

It's just really too bad that I can't trust this, seeing as you have said one thing and done another many times before. It was already stated that SE was leaning toward providing individual rooms inside FC housing rather than completely separate personal housing as it would be easier on the server structure. Given that you just admitted the reason for the sky-high prices is that your servers aren't ready for all the FC's to have a house, as many of us suspected, why in the world should we believe that your servers will ever be ready for separate personal housing?
