I think 1.18 will be the first real idea Yoshi-p has given us so we can finally judge him. Those mini quests could of been anyone who created em, could of been my 4 year old cousin for real :/

I have no idea what to think about the 1.18 patch.
As always we are being kept in the darkness until the patch notes are up.

It feels like we are being "Juiced" with temptation over and over and over again...

No,...im certain this "Godsent" patch wont satisfy my expectations.

Since a few weeks I've had this feeling of being all played out and am really craving for something new. With "new" I don't mean some side event but something that actually makes sense in the progression of my main character. If nothing really happens in 1.18, I'm probably going on vacation to Azeroth for the summer. Catch up with some old friends that already went there in december.

I think some people think that 1.18 is going to completely change the game, that it will contain everything that Yoshi-P outlined to be here by end of summer, but it won't. 1.18 is only a piece of the whole puzzle.

1.18 is the beginning as many have said. He in my eyes has never failed to deliver yet, it is just the community expects more then is being promised.

The majority will probably rage when "It is not enough", too many people are expecting it to fix everything, when it is 1 step in probably 4/5 large updates that will do that.

I agree Yoshi-P really hasn't let us down, just people as you say expect more more more from him, when he has alot outlined towards the end of summer (sept. 22-23?). 1.18 is one of many huge updates for this game. and who knows maybe they have a Expansion lined up for when the game meets the expectation of the Original FFXIV game itself.

Buckle up kids, the ride through Yoshida Updates is about to commence starting in Mid-June. have a Fun ride through the reconstruction (finally) of Final Fantasy 14 ( they way it should be) Thank You Yoshi-P! Keep up the hard work!! <3

This game needs about 6 more patches and a year of work before its saved so I say 1.18 will disappoint more people than it'll please simply because everyone here is expecting way too much when clearly no one from the dev team said its going to save the day.
