Why does everyone in this game want things handed to them for next to nothing. I cannot afford a house for my FC at this point in time but now I have a goal to work towards. I worked very hard to earn my Gil and will now work harder to make more gil to afford the housing features. Stop whining and go make money in the game. It is a RP game after all and lets face it, not everyone should be able to afford a home. That's why there are inn's across the realm. As to Yoshi's comment about the new users on Legacy servers, sorry about your luck, the world was labeled legacy when you created a character on it.

^This. From someone who set alarms and woke up in the middle of the night for months to water my plants on specific days in order to grow my elemental ores to sell in FFXI the qqing rings hollow. Granted I can't do that anymore but money making is part of any MMO, just like level grinding your character. You always have to do some planning on how to establish a source of income end game. And guess what, if everyone are millionaires in this game, then the plots are gonna be in the billions.

Now, what if you had to make a ton of gil just to buy a moghouse? What if moghouses were advertised by SE as a major part of a patch that most everyone would be able to enjoy? What if, by not releasing initial pricing, even people who had been saving up for a month or more were completely blindsided by the cost of moghouses? What if only people who play the game for 4+ hours a day had even the slightest chance of affording a moghouse?
