That would be awesome. They used to create sneak peak videos back when the game was in alpha/beta. I'd like to see some more!

maybe an annoncement at E3 for FFXIV and letter from the producteur in same time ?

The next letter will be about calming people down after they are outraged by the lack of/quality of content in the next patch.

He'll probably promise things that will keep people waiting for the next patch but tiptoe around any dates since they're already in trouble trying to get all the stuff done that was mentioned in the last letter.

Smart money says he'll go "into detail" about the materia system but in a typical N.Y.-way which will leave everyone on forums speculating what he was trying to say.

Personally I'm done with letters and would rather just wait for updates to the game rather than promises that seem to take forever to follow through.
