Ok for u non casters or trolls: here's a little something that happens in pve. You see a mob u want to hit and u are casting lets say like Rhas said Bliz 3. U aren't wasting ur precious swiftcast on it u see the bar fill up but the mob moves and then that lovely msg that comes at the end of the cast: Interrupted. This is only AI imagine a person. What person will just stand still for ur cast? Circling and strafing and LOS ftw. Again lethargy and scathe while u are waiting on that swiftcast. Sounds fun no?

only ones who can even touch a blm at range will be brd(or other casters), not the tank. You do know there are several abilities that let use actually cast spells. You know like surecast and Equanimity. What makes you think you will be able to stop it coming?
