It has been explained properly, it stays @ 50%.

And the system isn't pointless, it's a deliberate means of throttling housing take-up in the early days, clearly SE aren't sure their servers can take the load if many houses are created at the same time.

3 months time! about when 2.2 oughta arrive too... I can understand 1 month but 3 bloody months, who would want to farm on a steady basis for 3 months! People would definitely lose interest with time.

I'm gonna laugh at the FC that spends hundreds of millions to get a large house and then after they adjust the prices so the FC's that already bought them get screwed out of potentially hundreds of millions of gil. LMAO!!!!!!
