How excited are you for 2.1 after the Housing prices reveal?

Calling people 'QQ'ers' just show us how mature you are. You're talking about PvP without even testing it, asuming ur playing an ARC , I will see you later in forums whining about getting 100% interrupted .
Housing cost up to 625 million, yea you will get that by working,as a goldminer.

Was pretty damn obvious it would be so expensive if you ask me. The housing in Aion was the same. Only difference is that in Aion you could make gil a lot easier as long as you did stuff, run dungeons to npc whites, craft consumables to sell(scrolls, pots etc) since the demand was extremely high cause of the PvP. I highly doubt many people will be buying an FC house for the first few months after 2.1 if you ask me. Even tho I'm not a huge fan of housing, it's a shame for people that are because they seem to be poor and not be able to afford it.

I'm still very excited. New dungeons, new events, new story: what's not to like? Plus King Moggle . Now if I don't get my pop-up book soon, then I will be very upset.

About as excited as I was before it (read: not very).

Housing wouldn't really have been a thing for me at this point anyway since I'd have to get my solo FC set up and grind out the levels regardless of cost, though the prices really are just stupid (which irks me especially since, if they're doing this to limit the strain on the instance servers, it's yet another case of cheaping out). This does make me kind of question the worth of bothering with crafting furniture etc. though, so that aspect of the patch has gone downhill quick.

Currently, the only things I'm really going to get out of 2.1 are: Reduced luminary rod requirements, beastman quests, and treasure-hunting.
I'll probably run each of the dungeons once, but grinding dungeons for 'progression' isn't enjoyable to me, so that's about the most I'll likely do with them.

honestly im thinking about heading back to 11. Even Abyssea isnt as easy and hand fed like this game there is no pride in it at all.

I'm not quitting, but I did cancel Automatic Renewal.

So I have 33 days to finish Hildibrand's quests and find something to keep me playing or I'll probably be taking a break till 2.2

Also renewing my sub to XI next week so I can check out the changes they've done over there with the latest update (which looks way better than XIV's to me.)

Amazingly, ARR was meant to get people to sub again and people rejoiced about it. Now people just complain and tell others to get out already, maybe people just prefer the ghost town ffxiv 1.xx was.
