I know people that got lots of gil after being hacked, by selling the stuff the bot they used on their accounts gathered

then there's us who tried to earn gil without using a bot and has half the amount of gil, we're getting punished now ^^

My FC, a medium sized social FC.. have been saving for about a month, taking donations from anyone willing to give.. we raised about 3million so far if you count the gil which is going to be handed in on the day.. 3million.. and the cheapest house is 20million.. i was expecting it to be expensive.. but i thought out 3million would be enough to get at least a medium house.. its ridiculous

Agreed. As I've said several times. The money that is in the hands of RMT should not be counting against the legitimate players in this way. It is punishing us, and a -game- meant to be -fun- should never be punishment.

Also if SE really feels need to create gil sinks i think they should make something that we need to buy over and over not as a one time thing.

True that, and I wonder how much of the money that figured in the metrics used to calculate this is in their hands. I'm quite sure gilsellers aren't gonna buy any houses or land.

The FC I'm in was more then happy to meet the 1mill gil mark let alone when we hit two. We were going to go all out and get a plot of land and work together on crafting things for the house. Though considering what server we are on I don't think we'll be getting a FC house for a long good while.. maybe by the time next year rolls around we'll have gotten together enough. >_< we're not even a small FC but none of us seem to have 50mill or more just laying about either (actually not sure any of my FC mates have over 1mil laying around if that even heh).
