I rarely used Thunder in my rotation since I only use it when all other DoTs are up and I have Fester on cd. Of course it's a nerf (not 10% of the overall damage i must say, maybe 3%), but SMN dps was the highest.

Now it's Ruin II spam when you have DoTs/Fester up for more burst (that is actually what SMN lacked) and 2% less overall DPS (to be proven).

I think it's still the best ranged DPS in the game (if you can use it).

Lol. Learn to play SMN before saying such wrong things. Spamming RUIN 2 ? Not using thunder ? What are you smoking ?
