    I live in SF also, I have no issues at all with dodging anything. I have my PC Ethernet'd to my router. . At the beginning of ARR I had problems because I was using WiFi and own a crappy network card but after I switched to Ethernet, boom, golden. Lasers and Plumes can't even touch me. :l

    About the same, had a very old PC and wireless couldn't dodge anything and were always hit after I left the hot zone - New PC build, directly wired...boom, issues melted away and the game was suddenly playable again.
