remove FATE locations from the map, nerf the exp granted by 25%.

remove FATE locations from the map, nerf the exp granted by 25%.
Amen!
Really though, this is the only feasible thing I can think you'd be able to accomplish in a day on top, everything else would take more time.
Scenario #1: "Ok, I've almost finished adding inertia back into the game, now to hit save and-" *Mr.P walks in flanked by two tall men in suits* "Time to relinquish control, your time is up."
*Mr.P sits back in the command chair* "I have control."
Scenario #2: *spent the past 24 hours banning bots* "Bwahahaha! Die RMT DIE!!!" *Time's up, heading home feeling accomplished and believing time was well spent* *Booting up the game the next morning to see a blanket message for all servers* "Due to technical difficulties, all worlds have been rolled back to the past 24 hours. We apologize for the inconvenience." me/you: "NOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooo!!!"

Drop PS3 support.
Q20: Will we ever be able to send tells from within an instanced area?
A20: While the feature can be implemented, it’s currently masked. It’s currently masked because we would like to prevent players from harassing each other just because they know they would never party together in the future. We will continue to monitor the situation carefully as we move forward.

I want to say "turn on vanity system" but I know its going to be coming so what I would actually do is have the "cannot equip headgear" body armor be affected by display/hide head and /visor.
Also add the ability to dye all armor.
And be able to convert all gear to materia (or at least be able to sell to npcs, even 1 gil from an npc is better than being forced to throw something on the ground)
I would also say increase dungeon xp but that's literally right around the corner...
Maybe try to add in a special place for players to zone into where they can gather a party of 4 or 8 and grind experience like the old days (maybe have the exp be less than that of a dungeon reward but still high enough that its worth going to and having fun at) ...
oh yeah and the idea i had a while back, add in a death arena (could easily be a guild heist) where a group of players fight endless wave after wave of mobs (that becomes increasingly more difficult, like start off with something easier like 3 bandits and eventually get to a point where your fighting like 2 titans) until the last player is dead, then everyone auto raises and is rewarded exp and gil (and maybe even tomes and seals depending on how far they get) based on how far they got before total wipe.
>< and also get rid of this character limit on the forums, seriously its a friggin forum not a twitter account
I'd get the environment team working on opening up the existing maps so that they're more than just canyons funneling you into little pockets surrounded by invisible walls.

Hrm...
Implement crafting parties with bonuses just like regular parties!
C'est Vie ou Mort!

Hire Ghostcrawler (Greg Street) to design encounters.

Um... what?
So... you want to replace fates, an event where monsters spawn, and sometimes NPCs, and players must fight them and/or protect something... with an event where monsters spawn, sometimes NPCs, and players must fight them and/or protect something...? Fates ARE campaign battles.

1. Will raise sub costs, buy a server farm in EU, and hire dedicated in house server team, upgrade server capacity.
2. Ask developers to create solo super hard mode quests/mobs outside of the main quests (as strictly timed instances) - w/ rare drops
3. Implement rare drops crafters can use to make ilvl 90+ items
4. Make vanity items store-able in armory
5. Contract manga translation groups to do localization
6. Implement vanity slots as a priority.
