    Edit: I personally have a PLD with 8 ilvl90 pieces of equipment, with a DRG in full DL/Relic as well, and I am currently finishing getting DL for my WHM right now.

    I hope the "difficulty" in Ifrit fight won't just be the inability to kill all the nails easily without mage LB. Titan seems the hardest one since you can permanently be removed from the fight again.

    Well, yeah, from what I see, ~70% of people have already full or close to full ilvl 90 sets, so if those fights are really ilvl65-70, they will be pointless.

    So in reality of being able to defeat them (for the majority) it's more like:
    Garuda EX -> Full DL + Relic/Mog
    Titan EX -> Partial CT + Relic/Mog
    Ifrit EX -> Full CT/Partial Myth + Relic+1

    Less than 10% of the game's population has Full IL90... I don't understand how you can assume that ~70% have it... Less than 10% of the game's Subscribers are actively attempting Coil... (That's a whopping 60,000 still... 3 times the number of Subscribers for 1.23)...

    You couldn't in 1.x outside of the wrist flick oversight, it's why certain end-game shells that won't be named used out of ring position hacks to avoid attacks

    To be fair, the challenge to date is absolutly fine. You get a better weapon and have some kind of movement to do. Garuda is the next step, well done SE.

    ...Trivializing a challenge via cheating is, lame at best. I did that fight from germany in 1.x shortly after release and the delay was horrible. It was so intense that it took weeks for the first kill. But it was doable, and to be fair here too, the delay was the only problem. But destroying the challenge? How lame... just for a weapon...
