Last time I checked, CT wasn't the only content coming with 2.1.

You'll have Beastman dailies, Crystal Tower, 1 new dungeon + 2 HM dungeons. FC housing, dungeon roulette, PvP plus 3 extreme primals.

Ok, lets look at if they removed loot locks.

    Week 1
    Monday clear Coil, cap Myth
rest of the week farm CT for drops.

    Week 2.
    Monday: Clear coil, cap Myth
Tuesday: Whine on the forums because they got all the drops they wanted from CT the week before "and theres nothing to do".

    BRILLIANT! (sarcasm)

In regards to the poster about WoW. None of that was in for months after release, ya know, it took time to create. Molten core was turned off for a while at launch because it was exploitable, very limited dungeon options at "end game" and only PvP was crossroads, Hillsbrad zergs. Also levelling to cap in WoW at launch took time, lot longer than FFXIV.

I'm sure The devs would love to be able to make massive amounts of content in a minute. Reality doesn't work that way tho.

I've been MMOing since EQs launch and many Ive played have been at launch and practically none of them have launched with massive amounts of content. Generally with the older MMOs everything took a huge investment of time to achieve thus giving the team a lot more time to implement more content before the present one was consumed.

Now with the general MMO players attitude, especially amongst the so called hardcore, they want everything now! Yet complain that when they have it in such a short time that new content isn't added yet, they complain.

Content is consumed at a over accelerated rate as it is now, yet people want to be able to consume it even faster whilst complaining theres nothing to do. Sad thing is, they can't see the problems that would cause past the "I want it NOW!" attitude.
