Actually E3 is for Showcasing New Games and Exciting Changes in the Gaming World. They've showcased expansions, and even minor DLC's at E3 before.I thought the "point" of E3 was to showcase new and interesting things (ie. upcoming things maybe) to generate media hype and excitement about these new products (as well as inform the gaming world in a large public forum that your new and exciting product exists). This game is none of those things and so why would it be there?
I have to thank Square-Enix for the amazing job they have done recreating Final Fantasy XIV from Scratch. Especially the inclusion of Missing Genders which we petitioned for in good faith. This was proof to us players that the Developers are truly Sympathetic to our requests and that being honest and vocal can pay off with the amazing characters we have who are Female Roegadyn, Male Miqote, and Female Highlanders. Thank You SE, Thank You Community Team, Thank You Yoshi-P.

Thanks Cairdeas, I didn't realise that minor DLC's and expansions were of enough consequence to qualify for something like E3, I stand corrected. But I still think that those things don't qualify for FFXIV at this juncture, maybe next year?

Because they show new games... :S Cod/GoW
I find this funny because my prediction was totally right, all 4 games I stated in that previous e3 thread are being shown: 13-2, Tomb Raider, Dues Ex and Hitman, the others I've never heard of and I didnt even know Dead Island was published by SE but that has had a lot of advertisement lately.
FF14 would be quite an embarrassment there, even if they showed PS3 version what difference would it make its the same game. A few dungeons and a changed battle system is not considered e3 content. An expansion could be but would be better served under TGS.
