That's how it should be, but sadly the system in play is really bad. We are getting i90 gear from the wp/ak/ps tier dungeons.![]()
Adventure, that's the life for me!

IL55 will likely take the full 120 minutes (or fail). This is the LOWEST POSSIBLE ATTEMPT AT POINT.
IL60 will likely take 90-120 minutes (or fail). This will be an AVERAGE ATTEMPT POINT.
IL65 will likely take 80-100 minutes. This will be an AVERAGE ATTEMPT POINT.
IL70 will likely take 70-90 minutes. This will be a GEARED ATTEMPT POINT.
IL75 will likely take 60-80 minutes. This is another GEARED ATTEMPT POINT.
IL80 will likely take 50-60 minutes. This is Successfully GEARED ATTEMPT POINT.
IL85 will likely take 40-60 minutes. This is the OVERGEARED ATTEMPT POINT.
IL90 will likely take 30-45 minutes. This is the maximum OVERGEARED ATTEMPT POINT.
Note: This is just an estimate based off the Dungeon Timer being 120 minutes. Also, this will take into consideration the AIG of ALL members of your party, and then the AIG of your entire Alliance.

maybe I'm missing something but I don't see how that has anything to do with stress.
the game does practically hand you everything besides allagan gear and your relic. Everything else is a matter of dedication. If you are stressed out (not you, just ppl in general) from farming a dungeon then you need to get your head examined >.>
I don't see the big deal. Due to the required average of ilvl 55, the player will have to have several pieces of ilvl 60/70 gear to offset any level 49/50 stuff they have. So, buying DL gear will not become obsolete. On top of that, with the loot lock out, they'll likely only get one piece of ilvl 80 armor per week. By week two or three, they'll likely have enough tomes to upgrade close to ilvl 70 anyway.

See that's the thing, I get stressed when I get challenged just a tiny bit, that's why I'm glad this game requires almost no effort and gives me loads of stuff with almost no difficulty, just easy farming. You can welcome me to MMOs and videogames in general and tell me how all of them aren't really difficult and are really just about repetition, after all I just play MMOs as a glorified chatroom, best $10 a month spent!maybe I'm missing something but I don't see how that has anything to do with stress.

None of what I'm asking is probably never going to happen anyways.....Arkista, I see where you are coming from. I think u are overlooking something though. Just as a disclaimer, the 2nd point you make is definitely worthy of a complain, I agree with you.
1 - how can you say iLvl70 gear will be obsolete when...
2 - you can only get one piece of iLvl80 gear a week?
it will take 6 weeks just to get weapon, head, body, hands, legs, feet. I'm not going to sit in WP gear for 6 weeks... I'm going to fill put in i70 gear while I'm waiting for the other stuff. PVP is coming... there are other dungeons to do, people aren't going to sit in i55 +1 piece of i80 just because "hey, in a week, i can get more i80".
IMO the 2 complaints you are making are actually solutions to one another. the ilvl req being 55 makes it worth your while to fill in the time between CT drops with other gear. It will only suck b*lls if you say, purchase legs with philosophy tomes, just to get a CT leg drop.
I'm trying to get rid of the weekly loot lockout on Crystal Tower (also I'm not the only one pissed about it). With the cap in place its going to take months to gear out in CT gear (depending on how many pieces) so of course people will be getting DL pieces, probably even ilvl90.
I've stated the 2 reasons why I think there is a loot lockout. To prolong content and to not make ilvl70 gear obsolete. With the cap SE is forcing players to already gear in ilvl70/90 gear anyways at 1 piece a week from CT which makes ilvl70 gear relevant. So in turn they are making it so people cannot burn through content which is my 1st reason.
Crystal Tower ilvl requirement is 55 (someone said 50 idk if troll). Now if there was no cap people could bypass ilvl70 gear completely in turn making ilvl70 gear obsolete. Because who in their right mind is going to do 53 runs to get DL when they can do 53 runs of CT or less to gear out in better gear. TBH I was going to do CT on other jobs with AK gear and bypass all ilvl70 anyways. Now in taking off lockout cap people can burn through content faster but there are 8 classes/jobs people aren't going to max CT gear in a week or two.
So raising the ilvl requirement to 70 would force player to get ilvl70 gear and keep it relevant, Which they should already be doing anyways since there is a weekly lockout on loot. So either way people are forced to get ilvl70 gear.
Also would like to add that SE was going to make Relic weapon a requirement for CT but I guess people are lucky that they changed it.
All this is about making the game into something more than logging on for more than a few hours a week. I just made an ALT this morning so I can play the game more than 4hrs a week.

Honestly, of course CT is going to get 'torn apart', it's launch day content. Considering the fact that CT, like BC, is a dungeon designed to have additional content added to it over time, I don't understand why people are asking SE to skip the first step of CT and start with releasing the second. Even if SE complied, it would mean delaying CT again and not seeing it at all in patch 2.1.

IDK who asked for CT 1st few floors to get skipped but that's not what I said.Honestly, of course CT is going to get 'torn apart', it's launch day content. Might be taking what I said a little too literally... If you're asking that the first step of CT accomodate players who already have gear above what it currently has to offer, you're asking for what would essentially be in the second step, thereby skipping the first. I'm not talking about the physical layouts of the dungeons, monsters/bosses, or actual steps or floors, but the intended purpose relating to progression that the devs have designed the first step for.
