What I propose:

Set all Fate battles under the Guildhest quest system. Add additional Fate battles throughout the maps in order to provide enough battle grounds. Add underworld maps: caves, dungeons, and fortress areas such as those in FFXI. The more teleport crystals a player has access to, the more areas the player will have access for Guildhest queuing. Players only from the server will partake in these events and fight in the server world; not in a separate cell. Party will be warped to a random teleport crystal and be provided with a battleground location appropriate to the party's level. This location being either the current map the party was teleported to or a underworld location within the area. Set fate battles as repeatable random battles.
