FF is due for some entirely new Jobs

I am not sure what to call it, but I think we will see a magi-tech gun class, but get this it will be a healing class not a DPS. We need a non-magical healing class and I think that will probably do the trick. It shoots its injections at the other players.

Silly idea I know, but was just thinking about it.

allowed players to be a classic NPC class for the first time--Corsair(Pirate!)

The Corsair, while themed as a pirate, is actually a recreation of the Gambler job class (something about SE not liking the term gambler anymore due to some negative connotations).

Wow! Thanks for this. Now I really want a necromancer! Most rpgs have necromancers and it'll be nice to have it here. But I'm not sure how they can implement them. They def. Seem to be a challenging class to play while dungeoning

Chemist in Final Fantasy Tactics start off with Daggers but eventually gain access to guns.

Description of Chemist throughout FF's history.

Their main weapons are daggers, guns, and rods. They are best known for their abilities involving various items. Usually, this involves having an exclusive access to special items, doubling the potency of recovery items, and most importantly, their unique ability Mix allows them to combine two items into one. They also can heal party members for free.

Now, before one of you bust through the door yelling: "BUT WE ALREADY HAVE ALCHEMIST AS A DoH CLASS!" Yoshida could totally name the class Medic instead. They would have access to the Mix command. And instead of using up consumables, the items would be abilities that you learn as you level up and quest for. IE Potion, Hi-Potion, Mega-Potion and so on. I'm pretty sure I read somewhere saying Yoshida is against jobs that rely on consumables a la FFXI's Ninja so this should work.

Main Weapon: Pistols, Rifles [etc.] [Base class: Musketeer]
Through use of their abilities, Medic is able to heal, offer DPS like White Mage and Scholar with their firearms, grenades and such, buff your party and debuff your enemies.

The Viking (ヴァイキング Vaikingu?) class is a very rare class that has only appeared in Final Fantasy III (both the original Famicom version and the Nintendo DS remake) and Final Fantasy Tactics A2: Grimoire of the Rift.

Warrior's are Viking's with the serial numbers filed off.
