    Some Ideas to Change Crafting

I was thinking about how crafting works now and what can be done to change it.

First, here's some problems people point out, as well as some I've noticed myself as well.
    1) When you want to repeat a synthesis, you still have to move through several menus to grab the recipe to repeat it.
    2) When you want to use an ability, you have to move the scroll bar or scroll down just to see the ability.
    3) Alot of recipes call for colored cloth or leather, even though the finished product is the uncolored version.
*I'll add in more if anyone wants to point out their problems as well.*

Now, I'm going to point out some solutions to these problems that I can think of.
    1) When you finish a synthesis, a menu similar to when doing leves comes up, asking if you wish to continue with that synthesis. Only, the default answer is "no" so people can't just have their enter key pressed down.
    2) Progress, Durability, and Quality should temporarily replace MP, HP, and TP in that order while in the synthesis UI, and the abilities be fully listed out so that all, or atleast 6 can be seen. (Standard, Rapid, Bold, Wait, and 2 special abilities.)
    3) A new colorless recipe added for gear that currently doesn't have an uncolored version, plus change partially colored to "white" and add a new completely uncolored version. (Hempen robe changed to Hempen Robe (White) and a new completely uncolored version added). Also, new colored gear recipes that use the dyes and uncolored gear to turn it into a colored version.

to address the dyeing issue, all gears should be made uncolored and the dyes just used to get the color you want.. I think it takes too much inventory space to have to dye every piece seperatly. So instead of having all the cloths and straps and leathers each available in different colors, just have a single recipe for the finished product (uncolored) and then you can synth that finished gear with the color you want to dye it.

I like the idea, so long as the original way remains available also. Some people don't want the new way and like to do it in steps, for more skillup.

You wouldn't lose any skill up and even gain one since you'd still have to make all the pieces before making the finished gear/item (they would just be all uncolored) and then you'd get an additional skill up if you dye it. No points in having a red cotton cloth to make a red robe. Make the robe then dye it after so you don't end up in having cloths in so many different colors (to take weaver as an exemple).

At any rate, very nice. There were some good questions on the JPN side, let's do the same on the ENG side as well!
It may just be a mod advertising. But yeah, this thread is solely about crafting.

Wow, I would really love it if the moderators could either remove all the messed up posts or post something to put this back on topic. Thanks.
