Videos will help prepare you for coil. Make sure you check with the group your running what kind of strategies they like. However, save your self the trouble and get some friends together on the server and plan on setting up your own coil group. Trying to pug coil every week would get annoying.
Even if you form a group of new people at least they will all experience coil together.
Adventure, that's the life for me!
Good advice, but after hearing you sell Titan, instant dislike
I will never question coil ready ever again. I've beat t1 many times. I was so desperate for a party I went with the worst geared party ever. I was the only one with full dl and plus 1 as a monk. Everyone else was in wp armour and the two tanks had Garuda weapons. The 1 dps had electrum acc lv 47. We one on the third try. I honestly could not beleive it. I was in shock. When the loot dropped the one tank said cause it was an allegan shield cool not my relic will only be 600. So don't ever say there is a gear check for t1 again u can beat it with crud.
My discord is Moose#9971
What I did, posted on my server forms once I was geared enough for coil, got a FC that was raiding, ran coil turns 1-2 repeatedly and got a gear piece, joined another FC (merged) and am going further everyday. Wasn't hard just took a day to join and continue.
The easiest way to get a Coil group is to join a big FC.
Make a linkshell focused around practicing coil? You can gather groups every sunday and whoever feels like they still need practice and doesn't want to be a burden can join your groups via the linkshell and not have to worry about people's time, as everyone is meant to be practicing.
When all else fails, Heck the Bed.
Your definition of hardcore is horrible. If you were "hardcore" you'd have beaten Twintania already. You're perhaps serious, but you're not on the hardcore level.
Second, you seem to go through friends a lot if you're already on the scale of MULTIPLE groups in an 8 week span.
I feel like your issue, and therefore the entire purpose of this post, is because YOU'RE having problems with getting separated from Coil groups. I've been with a single Coil group, and we get by. I just honestly can't get past your whole 8 week timeline and having been in multiple groups already.
It doesn't matter if you lie or not. What I'm about to say may sound like a random complaint thread but here it goes:
When you can lvl far enough and fast enough where you can get darklight under a month then you have to consider that this is not new and others are just like you. You're therefore not expecting a whole lot of experience and nearly any job except tank maybe can get away without knowing ANYTHING AT ALL!
Realistically if your a mage, bard or dp, how much did you really "have to know" when you did duty finder in the main story line? If you move to a none-main story line dungeon like Cutter's then how much time did you have to waste before you got it right?Yes I love and enjoy this game too but when you burn a game this fast in casual play, how much content and immersion can I really invest in here? I think I've invested more time "fine-tuning" my skills in FPS games like Dust 514 than I have in FF14.
I didn't know BLM needed Eye for an Eye. I will wait til 2.1 to level again though, as it's quite boring to do so right now.
