Oh so you're saying you don't shield your tank? Or use CDs for your tank? A 650 heal with the tank at 100% is not going to do anything(unless in the off chance it does somehow catch a spike), that's called overhealing. However putting adloquium on the tank at 100% is more efficient. You'll see a lot of less of your tank dropping 50-70% and a lot more stability.
