You fight Twintania in his palm, his PALM is a huge enough for an entire boss arena. Hopefully not another Deathwing-esc encounter where we're nibbling at his fingers...

Who said we were gonna fight Bahamut?
I personally hope we never fight Bahamut, I honestly feel it would ruin the entire End of an Era Storyline/video if we were somehow able to 8man the Primal that was capable of half destroying Eorzea.
I thought Yoshi P said "Less than 100 people be able to defeat Bahamut before the preceding patch" ?
Nvm, found the quote "Less than 100 people will clear Bahamuts coil before 2.1"![]()
agreed... there is no reason whatsoever for players to be able to clear him. none. paltry excuses, insipid platitudes and vomited nonsense: yes... there will be a lot of that as to why they believe he should be doable but there is no reason...
Strike first. Strike fast. Strike hard.
You don't fight him, you convince him to join your side through the power of friendship.

You get a really big sword
Yoshi said that the game should hopefully live up to 7 years (or was it 10?), I think it'd be nice if we fought Bahamut for the last month of the server's existence, or something along that lines before the server's close, similar to his release.
Although going about that? Good question. Either an open world fate in which case everyone will die to one cleave, or another idea is to have instances where you fight him in Bahamut's Coil where a party goes in to their own instances except each of the instances of Bahamut's HP is entwined, so for every bit of HP you take out from Bahamut, it shows up on the 'global HP'.
Dragon's Dogma did this for a specific Dragon boss and it worked out pretty well.
I hope we get to fight Bahamut and kill him, because why just keep sealing him up over and over again just for him to break free?
dat 50 man raid?
