What the OP describes is actually the point in every mmo where I get the most enjoyment out of the game. Just log in once or twice a week to raid, clear the raid, then don't think about the game for the rest of the week or log in every now and then to do random stuff.

The majority should never be punished because of a few that lacks self restraint.

The majority aren't being punished by a lockout because the majority will never play the locked out content in the first place (The majority of players don't even reach the level cap in any given MMO).

I don't know how CT will work, but because it is running from the Duty Finder it might not have a lock out on it. Here's to hoping we don't get bombarded by thousands of cut-scenes every time we want to play CT though.

using a youtube/walkthrough site isn't cheating, its acquiring knowledge prior to an event so you don't go in blindly. what your saying is like saying that an american general is cheating against an enemy if he reads a book on their tactics.

It is cheating. Seriously how else would you describe it? A fly on the wall in the enemy's camp? Perhaps a spy. Yes that's it! Seeing the Primals HM are basically repetitive moves of regulars, you shouldn't have to enlighten yourself with their tactics. So in theory your point has no merit.

Justify it however you like. Sugar-coating doesn't change the fact from what it really is... A lack of the ability to devise your own winning strategy. Hence relying on the strategies of others. lol Such a cookie cutter.

Is going to lectures cheating too or even taking driving lessons. You should go in blind into your driving test or exam and wing it .

I see players cheat Titan HM all the time and plenty failed.
