At least a lill below shoulder length would be nice. I don't like the whole hair being tied up idea and the ones with out it has no bangs

Honestly, I'm not a fan of longer hairstyles for the simple reason that they always look freakishly stiff. The ones in XIV stick out at an odd angle from the character's head, as well. They just don't look all that good. >_< Maybe if they could develop better hair physics, I'd be more gung-ho about long hairstyles.

I like this hairstyle it would be fine if it was a little shorter. Though I'm sure the Roe's and Highlanders have a longer hairstyle? The one that Babydoll has (previous poster). I'd like that hairstyle to be an option for the rest of the female races. It's really ashame that they can't make longer hairs. Though I really don't mind as long as they're pretty I class my hairstyle as a long hairstyle anyway so I think I'd be happy if they could make more like this.

We have an update from the Aesthetician supervisor that I'm sure will come as a disappointment to some.
Unfortunately the crescent moon face paint, and animal print facepaint won't make it in time for patch 2.1. While we don't have an updated release date for these two options, we're currently in discussion and will update you when we can.

I trust the face paint is getting pushed back in favor of adding more facial hair instead? Yes? Maybe?

Long hair looks nice... in still images. But in actual gameplay? They'd either look like flopping cardboard or writhing tentacles. Hair that's short or tightly bound doesn't need to 'flow' like long hair does. In order to avoid 'cardboard' or 'tentacles', the game would have to process every individual strand. If you do it by 'groups', you get tentacles. Just move pieces (or the whole thing) and you'll get 'cardboard'.
