SE , Endgame Just Isnt There - Are you going to Re-Sub

Well in terms of endgame to me there's ( Anything After the completeion of Story Mode)

1) Relic (+1)
2) Primals
3) Wanderer's Palace
4) Myth
5) Philo
6) Odin
7) Behemoth
8) AK
9) Darklight/Primal Weapons

Im doing my best to not turn this into a flame but you arent helping
Wanderer's palace endgame? Behemot endgame?
Ironically you forgot Coil that is the only REAL endgame atm!

Once again, this is only end-game to you.

For me, end-game is more than Coil. I am in agreement with Starlord here. You need to expand your views a little more, perhaps relax your standard a little. If you feel that Coil is all there is to end-game, I really can't help you here.

I forgot it because of all the commotion about Coil. Yes it is End-game lol. All of what I mention can only be obtained or played after Story mode. Just like any game after story mode, anything after that is considered end-game. Just Coil is at the VERY end so far. End game Progression at it's finest, you start from the bottom and work you way up, it's like an entirely new game :P.

And nothing is particullary challenging in FFXIV besides Coil, Titan and Garuda... and people killing Titan in bikini is just proving my point. Once you learned the fight, you can beat it naked.
This cant be ignored labeling anyone pointing at the issue as someone that "rushed" the game or even worse just a troll.

The first feeling when I had played this game(BETA p3) is
"This is a WoW with better graphic, not Final Fantasy"
but I still give it a shot, buying the game and sub for 1 month.
after 2 months, i reached end game. I feel like..
"This is a WoW with better graphic but degrade version of WoW"

I've already cancel my sub for next month.
BUT I'm looking to re-sub in the future if they add "Final Fantasy" contents for me to play,
not a copy of other MMOs but can't do better.

I see a lot of people use the FFXI release to defend the lack of content in FFXIV. That was like 11 fricking years ago!!! How can you even compare the lack of content in FFXIV to a game that came out during the time when MMO's were still rather new? But, when FFXI DID get released here in the states it did have more content than FFXIV.

It is a bit disturbing to me that MMO's still release with skeletal end-games(ain't a huge deal to me), less polish, clunky UI/menu systems, a worse battle system, and server infrastructure than their predecessors.. *sigh*
Obviously a lack of "funds" thing or maybe just incompetent programmers/network engineers.

Anyways, me and my girl subbed for 3 months but we haven't logged in for a good two weeks. The other 4 people I came into 2.0 with have already quit. Makes me sad :/
Still, too many little things about this game bother the shit outta me. Whenever I log-in and run around, level an alt, or do an instance or something I keep thinking... They could of done this.. and this.. and fixed that AND that.. and I wish it was like this.. and.. and.. ARR just wasn't the game I was hoping it'd be: An improved FFXI 1.23.

Oh well, I guess.

I'll see where the game stands in a year or so.

I honestly don't see the WoW clone thing. Being a clone is being something identical, there's so much FF flavor, decent to great storyline content. The only thing people see that make them think "omg wow clone" is the hotbar set-up, which is a stupidly narrow view, everything else and how the game is set-up is general MMO foundation.

People need to stop throwing that word towards anything that isn't completely, 100% different/groundbreaking, or simply isn't good.

As far as endgame goes, there's a great amount of endgame amount, if we consider "launch date" mmo standards. People nowadays expect the same amount of endgame content like a certain 10+ year game, so it's natural people are unsatisfied. Also, quality =/= quantity.
