i finally got in contact with the csr on phone and he was really cool about everything, apparently they literally have NOTHING to do, with unlocking accounts they have no tools they have NOTHING, he explained to me that it is difficult having people call in about this issue but he cant do anything at all, SE does not give them these keys and only for certain reasons unknown can a account be unlocked.. i was told my only option is to wait the days, as for the vet rewards they will reset, but are lost.. and the worl transfer is lost since i could not pay the game to let me in and use it.. so.. basically im quitting the game and encourage all others having these issues to follow thru make SE listen and stop bullying us.. WE ARE LEGION!, WE DO NOT FORGIVE, WE DO NOT FORGET! EXPECT US!!

Square has FAILED FAILED FAILED at mantaining the servers as they should and it is time that they are ashamed of themselves and start to give out free time. It is not mean to be that we should suffer all the lags and failed dungeons due to lag. We are the players who pay their salaries and I for one DEMAND, not request, not plead nicely, I DEMAND that they start giving the kind of quality on the servers as we deserve.

If they do not then it is time to scale down FFXIV to nothing cause right now, being level 50 etc there is nothing to do but to go AK etc and with the lag its not doable so...in other words the game is totally unplayable and I DEMAND my money back.

But you are advocating that no one subscribes to this game so you don't need free time considering you are not subscribed either.

So choose something, either subscribe and ask for free time or don't subscribe and go play something else.

That is true, cause I do not want new players to fall into the trap that SE made.

3. Chew their behind off in Japanese

You have no sympathy for your fellow gamer until it hits you.

Then let me ask you this, when it does hit you or you get some kind of problem, why should ther rest of the world care about you?
When the lag hits you, then you have nothing to whine about cause, hey, you chose not to support you fellow gamer so guess what, don't expect any support when its your time.

Really?

I play on three, without any serious problems and rarely any problem at all and have done since a couple of weeks after launch when the 90K error largely went away; since then I've DCed maybe twice with playing every day EU Peak times for several hours a day usually.

While I realise some folks are suffering problems, largely due to their ISP,clearly the vast majority aren't having such problems and so clearly this isn't primarily an SE problem. Yes, there seem to be some very localised server problems sometimes, but you comments simply aren't backed up by the reality I'm seeing every day.
