We want our house with exactly the same buff/addons of an FC house (smaller obiouvsly), released the same time FC houses will be available, period.
We don't need a stupid FC house, where maybe you're kicked/you leave for any reason and then what?

I think the favored Free Company Housing by SE before having SIngle PLayer housing is the really WRONG way to start out, if not stupid and a taunt to all players.

Yoshi showcased a small player home but that itself cost almost arount 800K, nbd... but making it resticted for only FC? Does that mean there's restrictions or prerequisites to follow?

I don't want to share my house and live with anyone, I want to be king of my own "castle"!
Housing shouldn't be something exclusive for the military then something practical after so much disappointment. It's like all the hype for player housing was for naught.

Because Square-Enix doesn't wait to take your money. I like my free company and have donated several hundred thousand into them having a house. I still want one for myself. Now I should have the option to do so, instead of a half finished housing system. If Square-Enix continues to tell their customers to wait to play, they may start doing just that. I just hope all of them don't do it at the same time.

So from the Yoshi videos that I have seen translated I can not state how they could take something people want and make it a total nightmare. No single player housing, having to buy plots on the market, and the extreme costs for fc only housing. I want a house like so many other games have not a guild/free comp base. I am having a really hard time understanding why they think adding something people want, yet making it something people can not get is going to help the game grow.IGN link for it, you can find plenty of translation for the prod live letter online as well.

The reason the company housing comes first is because it places less stress on the system (smaller number of companies than individuals). They need more time to develop the system further to handle the larger number of individuals that will likely have houses.

Houses are a mark of status- they are something to save up for and work towards, not something to be handed to you on a silver platter.. They aren't like the mog house in FFXI- that's what the Inn Room is for- that's your "housing for everyone." The housing is a big deal. few games make a real house so trivial to obtain (i don't really put the mog house in this category, it's just a box that is very limited in what you can do with it).

Start your own FC and get your own FC house and treat it as if its like your personal house.
