    I prefer Yoko Shimomura anyway.
Her work in Legend of Mana was just stunning.

Unfortunately a lot of the game's best tracks are either used for one thing or they're not implemented yet. If you listened to the soundtrack you would know how fantastic some of the tracks really are.

Someone said it b4 but, you gotta admit Nobuo had to make all the music with screenshots also if i have listened 14 tracks in the whole game OF THE 75 there are its a lot why would SE make a zone so large and indue just one track to it.

There are a lot of epic tracks if you listen well but yea maybe if they could add 3 ish or more to crafting like a few more to battle music it would do good also why not break the music by camp areas . I agree the ones at fault here are SE not Nobuo beside ....yea am a fan-girl but common you know Theme Of Love is even teach to kids at schools in japan as a custom!!!

When the soundtrack was leaked early last year i felt that most the songs were very short. IDK, it just seemed like obvious loop music to me.
If the songs weren't so short and just cut-off i think it might have been easier for me to listen to.

For FF14, i don't think it really fits the game world. A handful do, but the majority do not. Hopefully they will update this later down the line.

The soundtrack in this game is so bad that it was the only part of the game to score well.

the tracks in this game are awsome. You might as well say "air is overrated" and get more people to agree with you.

Mizuta did an amazing job, as did the visuals ,gear design, and quest teams. It's too bad that the level of sophistication was not present in the UI and battle system at launch. Sucks that half the team kicked ass and the other half didn't, yet the whole game is perceived as a failure because of it.

Can we all atleast agree the cutscenes are pretty good? Good and simple mood setting songs?

Just to compare XI and XIV

    Final Fantasy XIV :

    Final Fantasy XI:

These are compositions made almost 10 years apart, and I feel both capture the mood of the cutscenes they are in very well. (And the XI one is by Uematsu)
