level up from 42

Hello everyone!

I am kind of stuck at lvl 42. There doesn't seem to be a good place for me to level up. I went to coerthas from lvl 39 to 42, but the FATEs there are so further apart from each other. By the time I reach a FATE, it would be nearly over. And it's not like there are many FATEs in coerthas anyways.

I keep wasting my time leveling up more than one class instead of focusing on my main. I could have reached lvl 50 two weeks earlier if I just played with my summoner ..

I finished all quests in coerthas lol. And I am keeping up with the story quest. I just need to clear The Stone Vigil dungeon.

Mor'Dhona is my favorite. Very small area, lots of FATEs.

Then I would do Stone Vigil a couple of times for gears and exp. It's a nice short dungeons with a few interesting battle mechanic at the end. 42-50 is a short works if you do the next 3 dungeons plus FATEs and quest. Mix it up with a few battle levee while you are at it.

This might sound like a strange way to level up, but I hit the same bottleneck you did, and I ended up exploring the entire world. Ran into some nasty areas that rocked my balls, but after you clear an area (like east shroud, for example) you get a pretty massive chunk of xp for full discovery as well as incremental xp for each new location within that area. I went from 43 - 44 doing nothing but jumping through the map menu and running through those areas completely.

Failing that, make sure you've done all the guildleves (nice xp as well) and dragonrend fates seems to be the flavor of the month.

On a side note, they need to seriously consider tweaking (by tweaking I mean doubling) the xp rewards for quests. The effort and time investment versus FATEs is terrible.
