Considering how short of a fuse OP has before blowing up, I am not sure about the real reason people leave: being elitist or just not wanting to deal with badmouthing crap.

And it's always nice to have ability leave hopeless groups, be it you or someone who can't take advices (even polite ones). Had one dps who just continued to do stupid things even though I constantly told him what mistakes he make. Then after wiping on boss he leaves, and the group gets another decent dps in a matter of minute. I don't mind.

15 mins is fine by me but I wish they would add the 15 min penalty to before entering the instance too. If you queue and it pops up and you either dont accept or choose withdraw then you should be hit with the 15 minute penalty. Theres too many troll tanks out there that like to play around and queue and withdraw over and over to mess with everyone else thats queued. Dont know how many times I've had duty finder pop only to have the tank withdraw like 30 times before I finally get one that accepts. Tanks are getting out of control with the power they wield.

I'm think it should be increased to 30 minutes. When I leave a group take a short break and repair my gear I usually never even notice the penalty.

I leave when there's an elitest gear checking not really up for hearing complaints about everything for 45 minutes.

Actually, I think if your party wipes 2-3 times the penalty of leaving first should be removed. Also, in CM runs when people go afk troll just to be carried and no one wants to leave first its BS. The 15 minutes penalty is absolutely one of my biggest dislikes about the game itself. I find people shouting more and more for even storyline duty finder instances just to avoid the penalty.
