Look listen the only reason players want jump is because wow and every dumbass wow-clone have jump. Final fantasy never needed jump if it a control type jump that only spot you are allow to jump then i understand but free jumping i do not agree.

@Evangela let's start by i hate sports hate seeing sport hate going to see a spot. I went to college for IT i eat well and sleep well the only reason i don't go outside is because it FL hot like hell i have no money and can't find a job in my city but trust me if i had a job i wont be here right now. Oh yea that goes for the game as well. I'm sorry but nothing stayes the same. FFXIV can evolve, or go extinct. The 2011 mmo market is not like 1980's when the first ff's came out. Sorry to break it to you but this is an important feature and you crying you don't want it cause it breaks your immersion or FF has never had it or its just not 'final fantasysque' is a rubbish arguement.

I'm not for or against it, I'm with Captaindownsyndrome on the dont-give-a-shit boat. However, I do see it being more useful than not.
