    I see where people are coming from on this thread, but I just don't think the solutions are as easy as that.
    I don't really agree with what you're saying, but if that's a problem I have the solutionL

    If you miss out on a week of capping your tomes for a level 50 job, the week "rolls" over onto the next week and your cap is now 600 instead of 300, capping at 2,100(or some other number). This will make you feel less rushed to cap every job you have every week.

    I agree that you should be able to help people with coil for no loot. I don't know that we need to make the token system more complicated. Just raise the cap and we'll all be happy.

    Your tomes idea was very interesting, I'd support that if it was put on the discussion table. All I can say about coil is hope that we get more than 1 additional turn per coil update and maybe we can have that week-long dungeon crawl you mentioned. I've not yet reached the coil, but I sure look forward to it!

    At this point I'm just about to create a new character just so I can gear out with more Myth and do Coil more than once a week. The cap is just destroying my game experience.

    If you want to do more coils per week make an actual alt you get 8 slots per server. Most people are fine with doing 1 coil a week.

    I also agree, and think this should be taken one step farther, lets actually ***encourage*** people to play other jobs on the same character. So how do we do that?

    - Add new dungeons that require better gear, but drop Darklight pieces, these dungeons could have an il70 entry requirement.
    why 100%? because lets be honest grinding full darklight once sucks plenty, and in the grand scheme of the game so why should you have to grind it out on every single job you intend to play, 156 CMSRs...is a very large and boring amount of grinding. This way players would still have to grind their first darklight set, but not have to grind further sets.
    ------Note: Yes I am aware of crafted gear but that requires other people do the grinding, and once things like CMSRs are fixed will most likely remain a BiS pre-tier/coil gear that you plan to invest a lot in 5 melding.

    - The coil lockout/loot/etc I completely agree.

    - Myth tomes, in terms of bard or not technically we're already slightly screwed because melee (mnk/drg), and tanks can pick 2 rings, we cannot, the most balanced thing long term would simply be the addition of a second dex class or job making the gear viable for 2 just like all other gear.

    I agree with you, that things need to be changed to be more multi-job friendly.

    Quite elaborate, but agreed 100%. The Armoury system is pretty useless when it comes to play alt DoW/DoM.

    I would love a myth cap and a raid lockout PER CLASS.
