This doesn't really work, due to a +1 relic needing 900 Myth and being required to do competitive DPS.

Have parsed higher with NQ Stardust than a BLM with HQ Stardust many times before.

The +1 relics are good, but not quite mandatory. Superior play style will beat out the difference between an upgraded weapon.
