Relics may be required for Crystal Tower

To be more reasonable, I think a minimum of item level 70 weapon such as (Garuda, Titan, Moogle) weapons should be the minimum to enter Crystal Tower. I mean, Crystal Tower is an item level 80 zone after all.

Now, Relic weapon should be a requirement to enter Coil of Bahamut

I imagine they will nerf some of it, since the CT is supposed to be for casuals, right now many casuals are having a hard time with Titan. So I would imagine Titan will becoma able to be done by a decent DF group.

Short of making it so Titan stops and goes "I'm going to do a Landslide now, is that alright with you guys?", well more than he already does that at least, I don't see how they can make it any easier for a Derpy Finder group... The fight is ridiculously easy once people learn his movements, the only thing stopping Derpy Finder groups beating it is the community. It is impossible to beat Titan in the Derpy Finder when you constantly have to reform random groups because a single person decided to leave... I've been ranting on the Derpy Finder a lot today it seems, but yeah... It is trash that needs to be removed from the game (though 24 man content might warrant its existence), and the server board really should be the superior grouping option that SE should focus on expanding...

Add 3 seconds to plumes cast time and remove landslide during bombs in phase 5 would be plenty to nerf the fight for most people to finish it.

They'll probably just make it so you can Stun them... I mean, that's what the second tank is meant to be for, right? Little other reason for two tanks in Ifrit/Titan, heck I find little reason for a second tank in Garuda lately... Though I guess Mythology farming Garuda and clearing for Relic Garuda are two entirely different beasts...

Christ... Every time I post in a topic like this I seem to remember another reason why I dislike the Derpy Finder... Arbitrary party setups that really do nothing more than hold the group back, bravo on that wonderful system Square, bravo indeed...

I'm still bothered that some are gonna have a good amount of alagan and ilvl 90 mythology pieces that most of the gear in crystal tower will be obsolete before it is even released. Which is sad because they are probably going to have completely new looks for the armor and weapons that will drop. I really hope it looks like crystal armor and they introduce the vanity system soon after.

ALL of those thing would make the fight such a joke... The relic weapons are already so easy to get, that you don't even feel good when you get them... Why not just hand them out for hitting 50 now? =(

I hope it is not changed, I get tired of people who did not progress properly through games, cheat this cheat that, not really learn the tools and tricks to this and that. Those things all build the player, make the player better through failing repeatedly. I am tired of games where I get to end game and some guy in full I bought my way, or ran X exploit 500 times for tokens joins my party and thinks he is the shit.

I say leave it eventually more people will learn the rotation and it will be common to win in the troll finder. If the requirements are a relic weapon at least the "chance" of the person not just sucking is less and I "might" use the troll finder to try out CT.

Considering they also mentioned they will be nerfing the current Titan fight with the release of the Extreme fights then it shouldn't be all that difficult of a task for most people.

I wonder how they can nerf HM Titan without making him too easy .

I hope they don't do too much to him though, his fight is so fun!
