I haven't sub and I'm doing end game content and finding it ok. I'm leveling up my other classes at the moment as well to make my main class stronger. I've only got 1 DL and so I still got plenty of EG to do and yes I will subscribe.

While I am still undecsive. It's pretty much up to you all in all.
I asked my best friend what to do, pretty much got the same response as everyone else and I'm still confused.
You can sub at any time so if you wanna come back and join, then go on ahead but if you've done all you wanted and are getting bored, just come back on 2.1.
I think that's what I'ma do. Plus server transfers this month, I can finally be with him maybe lol.
Quit a week or so, see how you feel there too.

As much as I wanted to give this game a chance, the endless string of bad decisions and horrendous PR will probably stop me.
I'm a crafter thru and thru, and while I personally was not hit by the suspensions/gil removals, its leaving a terrible taste my mouth, as well as making me wonder I am ever clear to sell anything at all without being subject to gil removal.
Though I'll probably be forced into subbing if I want to make use of the transfers, since I doubt inactive accounts will be allowed to use the free transfer window.

For the people who only grind end gear stuff I feel like you will always be disappointed. New content will come out then 2 weeks later they will be sitting around complaining again about not enough to do because they have completed everything. Thats just how its gonna be for these people. Even they wait for new content they will quickly speed through it. Its there choice to play this way but I dont really see why they are acting surprised when they complete it and have nothing to do.

well, considering most of the players only does DOW/DOM jobs, farms for tomes 24/7, and calls that endgame, i dont find it odd so many are getting bored. Have you ever tried crafting? Gathering? Sidequests? Fishing? Helping lower level people? Social aspect? Role Playing? Grinding for gil? Playing the market?

If you have tried all of these things and still find it boring, then just leave, youre never gonna like this game.

Though, if its any of these things you havent tried yet, then go and do so. Doing the same dungeon over and over is not everything you can do afterall

Honestly if you are bored with the current grind and running out of gil, I would try doing a little gathering and crafting with your last day and see what you think of them too. Make sure you give them a fair chance, you might find that you enjoy the crafting in this game.

I've already subbed as of yesterday, but I don't believe in forcing my decisions on other people. Do give gathering and crafting a shot before letting your sub lapse though. It's also not like you have to make your decision immediately. You can always change your mind later. If you decide tomorrow to let it go for a while and then you find in a couple of days that you are really missing the game it's as easy as just subbing.

The most important thing is to make sure it's YOUR decision. Don't let other people's decisions become yours. Do what feels right to you.
