Am I the only one with good end-game/DF experience so far?

I have had many great experiences so far in DF as well.
Though, people generally only come to the forums to complain.

Agreed. These forums ARE for complaining and solely for that. I've had good experiences as well, beating dungeons with first-time players. I remember a few instances where even JP players would ask for the group to take a screenshot with a pose (guessing for blog?) out of sheer joy for completing it. Puts a smile on my face.
