    FATE grinding is incredibly boring. What do you propose as a fix to the issue?

    I agree with everyone who says FATE grinding is boring. However, we all do it because it is vastly superior to most other ways of leveling. Some people say to nerf the XP from fates, but I think that is the wrong direction.

    I think that dungeon XP and drops need to be significantly buffed, and guildhest rewards need to be improved as well. To top it off, increase the amount of XP from guildleves, and make it so the more people in a group doing the same leve, the harder it is and the more XP obtained.

    Does anyone else have any ideas?

    On average a low level dungeon can take up to 30-40 minutes, but the reward is about the same as doing 2-3 fates. So yeah the exp per-mob needs to go up a lot, as well as a exp reward for finishing the run
    Hunter logs are a good place for this as well, there are some mobs that are in dungeons only, for dps classes this is a pain and the exp is the same as kills a mob in the world.

    I have an idea: Do other content.
    No one is forcing you to fate grind. Most people I know sit on top of 100 leve allowances. The dungeon XP is not bad, you can gain level up fairly fast grinding dungeons if fates aren't your thing. Sure it's not the fastest, but its not at monotonous as fate grinding, and you can get decent loot for jobs that you're leveling up.

    Add more quests...Buff XP from Battle Leves...Increase Leve amount given (I save mine for crafting)...Add dailies (I heard this is coming)

    This is the issue, I know you're right but the problem is the other options pale in comparison when it comes to XP. I just wish that I had the option of doing any of those, and they all had the same outcome as FATE grinding.

    One fairly simple thing that could really help dungeon EXP is adjusting monster levels so that they're not set at the lowest level to enter the dungeon. The moment you level past that you lose EXP chains and your EXP/hr drops off dramatically.

    #1: Big buff to battleleves.
    #2: Daily XP/gil bonus to dungeons and guildhests if it's the first time that day.
    #3: Difficulty scaling to FATEs (monsters level up depending on participant amount though the rewards stay the same, maybe some extra-hard enemy pop-ins if some massive FATE train comes in etc).
    #4: Automatical FATE party join when you/one of your party enters the blue circle (sort of like Rift has, I think).

    #3 would also make the dungeons more interesting due to people in FATEs starting to be in danger of getting KO'd unless they had at least middling gear for the level.

    Buff battle leves exp. It's ridiculous right now, and totally not worth neither the allowance cost nor the time.
