Does Final Fantasy have one of the nicest MMO communities?

God I hate this community, my FC is real nice though wtb magical time machine so I can go foreword in time to when all the little immature kiddies have left because mommy and daddy refuse to pay for their sub.

from my experiance this the community is really good at least on balmung server i go in shout i ask a question a person pms me the anwser and alot of times if i ask where to get items they say just come to me and i ask how much and they say no charge my pleasure. i also just hit lvl 50 pally and people are so nice to me and help me understand either how to do my role better and do end stuff better

Right now, there's all the reason in the world to be mean and no reason to be nice, beyond how satisfying you think being nice is.

I'm a nice guy myself but I see a lot of anger and raging and lol in dungeons and honestly, I can't blame people. I haven't seen one of these people refusing to participate or whatever, but I'm sure it will come.

I actually miss the 1.0 community. ARR was already made to be closer in style to wow and yet the wow fans are still moaning for the GCD to be decreased and free gil hand outs from dungeons.
I'm just here for final fantasy and I want it to be it's own thing.

It's absolutely terrible and from someone who is a fan of final fantasy in general, it hurts.
Everyday I hope it gets better but somehow even if sub kicks in, I feel like it won't.

Some people say 1.0 had a fantastic community, can they tell me in great detail what it was like?
