Where do you see that it's only a 3 day suspension?

Where do you see that it's only a 3 day suspension?
They cant ban you if you dont do illegal things... I have a lot of more then 1.000.000gil because our FC sells Primals HM, and i have a Mail from a GameMaster where he told us that it is ok to sell it for ingame Gil.
They wont Ban ppl who dont use any abuses or bugs to get money. Only the one who buy Gil from sellers.

Ahh, see Psycee, you may have hit upon the issue (which may have already been addressed but I'm lazy).
You /sh for a run for 500k. Player X goes to RMT site and buys 500k gil. Player X comes up to you and trades you 500k gil which was purchased for real money, SE looks at the logs and find RMT mule traded 500k to Player X and Player X traded 500k gil to you, SE are just going to examine the logs to see if it's a regular occurrence that people with lots of gil haven't been getting handed money that originated from the RMT mules. As you are obtaining gil regularly without it being from RMT then the logs will show that and you'll be safe, Player X on the other hand will be given a ban.
But then this person is running around with millions in illegal Gil.
Whether it came directly from a RMT or someone who bought a Titan run after they got it from a RMT, it's still not legit Gil.
I imagine that's why many of the crafters have been suspended. They're profiting from people buying Gil illegally.
Maybe not intentionally, but they know that when they charge the prices that they do... not many people will be able to afford it. So if business is good, they much know that some of the money they make is illegal. They become just as guilty.

Well, I don't have gil any where near those numbers so I should be fine. Sometimes being poor is helpful.

I really doubt some of the high level crafters are hand trained / hand farmed. Where they got their gil? Non legacy server don't have such amt of gil to begin with.
if you cannot figure out which leves gives you like 15k+ profit , then you really don't deserve it. Its pretty obvious which one if you are a merchant player.
Hint: Item rewards.

It is legit gil for the person who didn't buy it. RMT obtain the gil (non-legit), Buyer buys it (non-legit), shouter cannot in any way, shape or form control where the gil they obtain come from so it is (for them at least) legit. It's the same as if the Buyer went on to the Market Board and bought a stack of Iron Ore, the money for that is from RMT but the person who put the Ore on the MW has no control over that.
SE are going to go through their logs and find out where all the money came from, if it's from legitimate sources (Market Wards, Quests) then they will release the chars, if the majority is from non-legit sources, a ban. The only worry for /sh's should be if the majority of their clients actually RMT to pay for it
