We've probably both been offline at the time. As we establish the linkshell more I'm looking into assigning more people who can recruit. For now, I've added you to the list of interested people and when I'm online I periodically check if you are online. It's going good. We have around 25 members now and are thinking about toning down the recruitment a bit for LS members to get to know each other a bit better. So far everyone seems to be nice and the people I've had pleasure grouping with so far have been great. Looking forward to many more pleasant experiences. Balance of party roles (healer, dd, tank) has gotten more balanced as well but we could always use a few more friendly neighborhood healers

Also i've no problems in helping others, by grouping for lower lvl content or sharing my basic knowledge of the game. I have no problems with wipes, i think the games is more fun if everyone can laugh att a few wipes when never done the dungeon/raid before

Only a handful of us are level 50, so most of us aren't ready for any end-game things. If you still want to join us despite that, send me or Vaniryah Kah'dar a message in-game and we will invite you.
