Here's a very good video walkthrough of Titan; everyone who is going to do Titan HM needs to watch this if you don't already know the fight!

Titan HM is not too hard actually, it just the LATENCY prevent us to win!!!

edit: but you can evade the aoes. You just have to know his rotation. he skills have the same gobal cooldowns as our. in this case start running out of weight of the lands, if you know it would come in the next seconds. After you left the aoe, start a cast to send your location to the servers. -> wont hit (as much as before)
Lately, it hasn't been latency because people are surviving past plumes and landslides - but there's been too many attempts where the heart isn't taken down in time and it wipes the whole attempt.
That's not a latency issue.

I have this exact problem and it's so annoying... I know the rotation, but still one landslide or plume appears too late into him casting for me to do anything about it. Same problem on Normal Titan too...
Yes, landslides and WoLTs can be avoided if one of the party member alerts the whole party, but when it comes to rock bombs, the latency issue become very obvious.qftw

I like how people actually think using an ability resynchronizes your position with the server. It does not.

It actually does. If you cast your position is updated. If you don't cast your position is updated only 3 times a second. This gives you a 333ms lag to everyone unless they are casting constantly. You don't even have to finish the cast, you just have to start casting. This is a band-aid and by no means a solution, SE needs to fix their skill/server lag.
The only time I've seen people die to the bombs is when they opted to run to the bombs which dropped first - not really a latency issue. I think the idea is that you know the rotation so you can be prepared and move for the attacks before they start, and a lot of people who claim latency just aren't putting the effort into the fight. I know for some it will be an issue (probably), but in the attempts I've done I can quite reliably avoid stuff, and my broadband isn't exactly amazing.
