47 ifrit kills, 7 garuda kills... NO SPEAR DROPPED AT ALL

They're supposed to be "rare" endgame items, not every single person is supposed to have one (it is possible, if you want it so badly, but don't ask it to be given to you). I'm glad SE is sticking to some of old-school elements of MMORPG's. I and alot of others do not want another WoW.

Rare- it means that item drops from enemy with chance 0,001. From primals drop 100% rate. They need to fix randomization

The drop needs to be changed so it is actually relevant to the jobs in the Duty. I can't tell you how many times I have ran Garuda and an Arcanists Grimoire has been dropped without a SMN/SCH being present in the party...
I'm on about my 70th Garuda HM run now and have yet to see Garuda's Van. At least the yield of Tomestones kind of makes up for that, but I remain hopeful that the weapon is dropped soon.

I've done about 15 Ifrit's so far and have only ever seen the Grimoire (book) and the Sword (for Tanks) drop.... I think once I saw the bow.... NEVER anything else. NEVEERRRRRRR!!!

This loot system is either broken or I have the crappiest luck ever.

You're post somehow implies that various weapons of a different class drop... How is that out 15 runs, I've never seen anything but Grimoire's & Swords, and ONE bow drop. That randomization is not very random IMO...

week and a half straight I've been doing Ifrit and garuda. Did it so much I got my weekly 300 mythology stones maxed out and still haven't got my cane. I finally saw it today for the first time and hit need right away, and some ass greed on it and got the damn cane. Come on REALLY...

Primal weapons aren't needed for anything, ergo drop rates are fine. You can literally take a GC weapon straight to relic if you wanted to, or even an hq ilvl55 slotted with materia. I could see if you *had* to have them, but you dont. They are just yet another alternative for the other weapon options. No one has even mentioned the weapons that drop in WP.

The problem is that an old 1.0 mentality (primal weapons must-have) has been carried over to ARR. You dont need them; ever. They are only useful until you finish your relic quest, which doesnt take long at all. You can skip them entirely with no consequences. If you happen to get one by luck, then grats. If you don't, move on and get your relic. And no, you dont need primals for relic. Just need a solid weapon from dungeon/primal/hq crafted and keep it moving.

When vanity slots come, some of those weapons look better/have better effects than some of the relics.
