I'm sure that they are not just bringing down servers for no reason. They want you to stay subscribed. It's how they make money. If they could fix the problems first time with a magic wand, I'm sure they'd have done so. Unfortunately, in the real world, problems aren't fixed like that. You've got an internet connexion - you can find something else to do.
