Everyone who says "MNKs are fine, ure bad," if you're using the final boss of AK or the first boss of Coil as your benchmark as to whether or not we pull good DPS on optimally designed bosses, you have no room to talk,

We know we're supposed to do good DPS while we can stand stationary (Tank n' Spank fights) and often top the DPS chart (not without ease).

What about the many, many fights where we lose our 3 stacks of GL? What about the fights where moving is required? What about fights where you have to catch up to the tank? What about fights where you to turn on Fists of Wind and then Fists of Fire to maximize DPS-throughput?

How do we reconcile those elements that keep us from DPS'ing altogether when BRDs do not need to be even facing the mob/boss to deal damage. Moreover, a BRD that isn't required to turn on any MP/TP songs will top that DPS chart on any bosses past the final AK boss and the first boss of Coil.

PS - to those saying SMNs are the worst DPS, stop, just stop: did you know as a SMN if you drink a +INT potion, then summon your pet, it permanently gets that bonus? Also, why are you saying a class whose pet generates 70-80 DPS automatically is bad? Do you know how easy it is to generate 100+ DPS for a player with a few pieces of DL gear. As it currently stands, if you were remotely aware of what's actually going on in Coil, you'd know that SMNs/SCHs (really the ACN class in general) is the most broken and needs the most balancing -- makes sense as it was completely untested prior to release.
