I use flash to blind my ennemies when I get aggro because of my healing, it's a very good strat when the tank can't keep up with the aggro

You should always flash, constantly, even throughout the fight. It is tank 101 skill, gathers hate and blinds to reduce damage. Arguably a Glad/paladin's most valuable skill.
