IMO, Titan HM is the most poorly planned progression point in the game right now

2 tanks in DF is basically the only way most WAR will ever get this quest done.

People in shout don't want you because why would they risk with a warrior when they can have a PLD? I tried many times to get into a group as a tank and I was refused everytime.

Also yes, SCH is awesome for this fight.

Ok, finally beat the darn fight.

My set-up

Paladin (Me)
Monk
DRG
SMN (Already cleared fight and had relic)
WHM (Already cleared fight and had relic)
SCH
Bard 1 (Already cleared fight and had relic)
Bard 2

Even with with this setup and experienced players (Me, the monk and second bard had been partying together trying to get it done for two days straight) it still took us over an hour to win with multiple wipes - this was with everyone in the party on vent with the WHM calling out everything in the pattern as we went. I can't imagine how I would've ever won in duty finder.

I should re-iterate that I don't find the problem with the fight its difficulty. I'm GLAD that it's difficult. I'm disappointed however at how unfriendly the duty finder set-up is in relation to the 'optimal' setup.

I'm willing to bet they are adding the extreme modes for the people they failed to exercise their "Prolonging of current content" on, something they only really managed to screw every crafter with. And titan really shouldn't require relic anything to beat.

honestly, the end-games current "progression" is jacked up, dungeons included.

No, it should not be possible to duty finder anything past Ifrit.

As soon as they add the ilvl restrictions to content, titan may become viable for duty finder, and garuda will be easier, even tho its doable now.

Still should not have 2 tanks for titan, unless they want to change the fight to actually require 2 tanks.

Granted for both of these you'll still have WAY less people duty findering it until they actually get geared up.

I agree ont he issues rerunning but its not as hard when a FC does it...DF pugs for endgame are gonna choke up at some point, you cnt expect to be able to random everything in endgame just sayin

Look, FC in the end is just a bunch of random people that got together to do stuff and decide to stick together, and takes less time to get a group. I do all these fights with randoms right now, but the way duty finder is now you'll end up with undergeared people or a bad party composition (titan). 2 relics now done with completely different people each and every fight. Doable.

Also won't have undergeared people trying to run AK...

Garuda is easy as everything is super predictable

Titan is just a question of patience and mastering the fight, In the end run it with your FC and you will win

PUG DF Titan is just a disaster why would you put yourself in that situation
