It's happening. Witnessed a guy teleporting from tree to tree while sneaking (in lvl 2 non hostile area) the funny thing is his bot kept teleporting him on top of the tree. It's extremely obvious when you see it.I'm having a problem believing this is a thing.
So much of Gathering, crafting, their achievement logs and spirit bonding gear is tied to raw grind. I can think of so many reasons for people to farm nodes that never deplete due to game goals.
As for graphics glitches. I haven't seen them but I'm usually looking at the radar.
Actually teleport hack most likely will appear at the start of MMOs, cause it's pretty simple. Although it doesn't take really long to fix it, Anet fixed their GW2 pretty quick as I remember.

Not entirely sure how you are "having problem's believing this is a thing."... Have you considered a little research.. something like: Google: final fantasy 14 miner teleport hackI'm having a problem believing this is a thing.

Sargatanas currently has about 10 high level miners teleporting about the level 5 nodes.
No I haven't bothered reporting it all as its starting to piss me off how much time I've spent reporting the initial spammers in the citys.. now this. *sigh*.
Considering your FPS determines how slow your character moves, I would say making a speed hack in this game couldn't be any easier.
I just went back to the same spot I was mining this morning (need shards!) & at least one of them is still here. So, over six hours after my initial report, not a single thing has been done.
May I ask, what is the point of reporting cheaters if no-one even bothers to read it. Last time I take the effort to report cheating.
You waited 6 hours and nothing done WoW.
I reported 3 bots on Odin server 4 days ago and they are still there.Seems they just don't care enough to do anything so i don't bother reporting now why should I when they are doing nothing about it.
If they would just Hire 3 or 4 GM's just to look at the reports for Bot's/Spammers and ban then i am sure it would clean the game up a lot.
My wife and I have both witnessed this also. I watched him/her mining mythril for a while. They're always stealthed, mine a node, then poof disappear and reappear at another node. Several people saw this while I was there and mentioning it in chat got several replies that many had seen this cheater AND reported it days ago. And tonight, I checked the market and sure enough there was stack after stack of HQ mythril ore selling by a person with the same name (minus the space between first and last name) as the cheater that's been porting around mining for days. I reported them. My wife reported them. Several people in chat said they reported them and had done so days before. I really hope SE gets in gear and puts an end to this because this will ruin the economy if allowed to continue. I won't give their name because I don't know if it's against the rules, but if you're on Adamantoise, go to where mythril is mined, you'll see them...if they haven't gone up to the next tier yet, that is.
I guess this explains what I saw the other day. I saw someone mining but I stopped to look because his character was semi transparent like a ghost or something. He finished up, walked a bit then faded away.
He was in hide thats an abillity. He mabe teleported cuz he finished a leve.
