The only "Job" with access to Cure or Physik are BLM,WHM,SMN,SCH, and PLD, Out of those Jobs none of the DPS should be very far from you. The other DPS which will be far from you only have access to Second Wind and Bloodbath, neither is reliable for every bit of damage that happens.

Most healers dump a bunch of heals on me before I can even pop second wind and they manage to heal the tank and anyone else who needs it fine. If you can't deviate heals while everyone else does their jobs that they are supposed to do. Maybe healing is too stressful for you.

its not to stressful for me,you just think healers are superman right?
(btw i just finished garuda a couple hours ago,i got a group of ranged dps who found out if they don't los me when they don't have to,they wont die.)

and to person above me,i might try that,im normally not the type to use macros but with the type of bursts the bosses pull out and the small range of my aoe heals...
