Requiem doesn't drop their damage, and boosts Wind Bite.

I don't think it boosts Flaming Arrow, though, if it works/is bugged like Shadow Flare.

Maybe 1.5% on the off chance you have a bard who actually uses Flaming Arrow for anything but adds

Flaming Arrow is superior, even single target, if there is at least 5 out of 10 of the ticks that hit(compared to Heavy/Straight Shot)
