No one said it was revolutionary. Someone said that the a patches where just quickfixes and tweaks. I was just pointing out we got a new quest system with (apparently) random rewards. Besides, they aren't that much like class quests anyway. These are much faster and have a time limit, and they don't care where or how you get your stuff as long as you get it to them.

These guys are the main ones that post info on the Japanese boards and most of them haven't been online since last week. Also that's true for the Dev team, but I assume they're too busy working to check the boards or on vacation too.

running a small business myself... i wouldnt even dare to talk about vacation after such an abomination....
the talk about the vacation alone is a slap in the face. I cant even sleep if i have so much to do and to get right. i don't get all this anymore... honestly. it's not even funny anymore.. but YEY we have egghats...

If you think the game is boring then maybe you should take a break and go do something else for a little while. It is weird... when the servers were down in Japan everyone was freaking out about how all they wanted to do was get back on the game, they missed the game, etc. etc. Then when the servers come back you all complain that you are bored. I honestly don't understand people..

It's a pretty big holiday. I think they're legally obligated to let everyone off.

Well Yoshi-P said that he's still working in his letter so I assume the team has been busy. The community reps are probably just lowly office workers, so I don't care if they get a vacation. But I wouldn't be surprised if Yoshi and team took off for a few days considering MOST of the Japanese holidays(at the ones you can get paid time off for) fall during this week.

I didn't want to say it but i was thinking the same thing as we. As a business, with a product that failed at lunch and that is still failure more then 6 months later. Even worst the development was slowed down due to the earthquake. And i'm sure a big part of the staff left for vacation.. not that they don't deserve any but now is not the time.

Another thing about the easter event... it was a waste of time and even after SE told us that they have dedicated teams for different aspects of the game is the lamest excuse ever. You got a team for festivals? Really? You have no content to show yet, no changes to the battle system or classes ready, yet you can afford having a team working on easter eggs? I say forget festivals for this year and put that staff to work with teams that have more important work to do.

Because that was back when Yoshi-P was making promises and got people all excited thinking this will be the next great MMO in the coming weeks/patches....

Once the game came back online we saw things got slower, communication stopped and patches gave us nothing to be excited about.

Summer is coming and as far as im concerned they can shut down the servers again and get some AC if that will make them work faster.
