Or now Skins, flags, and hats for your Portal 2 Co-Op bots.
We could have Gridania, Ul'dah, and Limsa flags to fly in Portal 2 :P
Or even Gestures!
I have to thank Square-Enix for the amazing job they have done recreating Final Fantasy XIV from Scratch. Especially the inclusion of Missing Genders which we petitioned for in good faith. This was proof to us players that the Developers are truly Sympathetic to our requests and that being honest and vocal can pay off with the amazing characters we have who are Female Roegadyn, Male Miqote, and Female Highlanders. Thank You SE, Thank You Community Team, Thank You Yoshi-P.
Nice idea but I can't see SE working along side Valve in this manner, what would truly be awesome would be voice chat across platforms but hmmmm yea its not guna happen.
Hopefully SE have some kind of plans to bring the achievments in game via a achievements page in the main menu.
Trophies I couldn't care less about.

Also, if you do not care for trophies, why do you care about in-game achievements when, at the end of the day, they are one and the same - they show you achieved something in-game.
Valve and SE have both been becoming more and more friendly with each other. Dungeon Siege III has full Steamworks Support.LOS ANGELES (April 8, 2011) — Valve and Square Enix, Inc., the publisher of SQUARE ENIX® interactive entertainment products in the Americas, today announced that customers who pre–purchase DUNGEON SIEGE® III through Steam® will be given free digital copies of the classic DUNGEON SIEGE I and DUNGEON SIEGE II games that they can access and play immediately. Additionally, all PC versions of the upcoming epic action–RPG will include a host of Steamworks® features, including auto–updating, Steam Achievements, Steam Cloud support, downloadable content and more. In DUNGEON SIEGE III, players assume the role of one of four heroes, fighting for the sake of their fallen comrades to restore the land of Ehb. Conflict is constant in this action–RPG and decisions have lasting consequences, allowing players to alter the storyline. Choose to battle along with a companion or fight for honor with up to four friends via online co–op play. DUNGEON SIEGE III allows for two players to experience the story from start to finish in local co–op mode. Thanks to the robust AI, DUNGEON SIEGE III’s co–op multiplayer mode allows players to seamlessly drop in and out of battle without interrupting the action or impacting the campaign.

Because SE is a Japanese company and valve is a western one, when it happens you can tell me to think otherwise. (and yes Sony is also a Japanese company, but it was probably SCEA that helped them implement these features with Portal 2)
Achievements are like a bonus, where as Trophies are more like something you set out to get, that how I feel anyways, yea it probably doesn't make much sense, but meh.

It's already happened. Multiple times too.
When a game which is developed/published by Square Enix is put on steam (trust me, there're a lot of them) it means they are working together.
SE being a Japanese company and Valve being a western one has no bearing on whether or not they can work together on something like this.
Its like he completely ignored my Quote which is from Square Enix where they mention they are releasing a game on Steam with Steamworks installed. It's already happened. Multiple times too.

It's not that I ignored it, I just didn't see it lol
That being said, I don't see it happening and not any time soon, just look at how slow the dev team are working at the moment, steamworks is gravy at this point they have much more important things to be doing/fixing.
Of course if a community dev wants to prove me wrong .. :P
I like this idea(Sorry, I'm random :L)
First post too ;D
I'd also like to see that since we already own it on PC, we should be able to download it on PS3 and play.
